ARC Approval Request Form

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is responsible for the care, beautification, upkeep and landscape maintenance of the dedicated entrance areas, walls and fences of the subdivision. Homeowners are also required to submit an ARC Approval Request Form before proceeding with any projects including but not limited to:

Outbuildings (sheds)

New Fences

Patios

Decks

Porches

Any repair which may alter the exterior of the house.

Approval is not required from the committee for projects including but not limited to:

Gutter replacement

Window replacement/repair

 Roof repair or replacement

Please check with the City of Murfreesboro regarding the codes and ordinances within the city that may require permitting for your home projects.
