ABOUT US
Welcome! The Keeneland Homeowners Association is the governing board in the HOA community of the Keeneland subdivision. A quiet, friendly neighborhood located in Rutherford County and the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, which is also the geographical center of Tennessee. The original Articles of Incorporation were signed on September 10, 1993 and the formation and qualification date for the HOA is September 28, 1998. HOA dues are collected annually.
The Keeneland subdivision is in a great location within minutes of historic downtown Murfreesboro. With a variety of shopping options close by, Keeneland is also served by Black Fox Elementary School, Whitworth-Buchanan Middle School and Riverdale High School. Murfreesboro is also home to Middle Tennessee State University.
Murfreesboro and Keeneland are both great places to live!
